Returns Policy
RETURNS are Accepted within 14 days for this Listing when Item Arrives Damaged.
If you have spoke to us and arranged other agreements to return your item under other conditions, Items being returned MUST be in original box that the item arrived in. The item must not be rolled tight or damaged in any way. If you do not send the item in the good condition that it arrived to you or you tried applying the decal and then put it back on the backing paper you will not be refunded.
We DO NOT reimburse shipping charges.

FOR ISSUES-    and    FILING CLAIMS-
Any issues you have please email us with the situation along with your name, email address, and approximate date of purchase so we can look up your order. If your request requires the attention of the owner then put "Attention: Alan" the email will go right to the owner of Killer Decals. If you do not get a reply within 1 business day please email a second time. Sometimes our spam folder nabs it or we may get 30+ emails that day and unfortunately some may get lost.
We are here to help you so please use respect when emailing. We understand that sometimes people are under stress and will come over with a negative attitude in the email and this will sometimes reflect a negative attitude back.
