Vintage 1950's American Character 15" Sweet Sue Hard Plastic

Sweet Sue, standing 15 inches high, is a hard plastic doll created by American Character in the 1950's. A C is marked on the back of the head, just above the neck. Her sleepy eyes are blue with fringe lashes above and painted lashes below. A relative had this wig put on the doll in about 1980. Most of the wig is smooth and in curls, but my daughter brushed out the crown which made that part frizzy. When the doll's right arm is pulled outward, there is a possible small fracture at the shoulder joint. Overall, very good condition. I don't have a doll stand to pose her but she does almost stand upright in her bare feet.
