This listing is for a

Golden Sceptre brand tobacco tin by Surbrug Co. This is NOT the common Golden Sceptre tin. The top is not hinged; has a recessed lid that was patented in 1889. The tin is also marked "Somers Bros" which means it was made in 1901 or earlier. The front is great condition, but the back and one side have "crazing" but no paint loss.
