This is an Automobile Service Reminder Tag put out as an advertisement for the
OILZUM OIL COMPANY
. It is made of stiff thick paper in the split ring fashion so that it could be easily attached to a knob inside the car - usually the choke knob. It has a blank place to indicate when the oil was last drained - changed and the chassis greased. It is blank on the back.
