New! Had protective plastic but peeled off most of it. Still has a couple to peel ( kinda hard to peel because it's an older model and has been on for a while. Has a little glue residue left on so could use a light cleaning . Also very light surface scratches not noticeable and inside barrel has a small ding( see pictures)
Great Sanitary item with this new disease going around. All tissues etc. stored in a bin instead of trash buckets .
