Pleased to offer an early FLOR DE FRANKIN TOBACCO CIGAR TIN; HULL GRUMMOND BINGHAMTON NY; VG REVENUE STAMP. This is a particularly fun piece, with a great, colorful litho of Franklin flying a kite, supposedly painted by his wife. I am particularly fascinated by how intact the revenue stamp is. It was made circa 1910-20 and has a paper label shows overall wear with some paper loss and a good sized stain on the side. It measures 3" by 3" by 5.125. One side says "Claro Factory No. 227 21st District, State of New York". Thanks for taking a look ! NOTE: Since I listed this, for some reason I decided to take the lid off; it was holding a "flap" of the front that will fall down. I have since wrapped it in Saran wrap so it won't decide to do anything else. NOTE TO SELF: SELF, DON'T DO THAT AGAIN.
