A Specific product formulated for Discus, Angels, Amazonian and
all Rainforest Fish. Prevents & controls: protozoan parasites * velvet *
oodinium * shimmy * cryptocaryon & ich. Just to name a few.  All fish
safe.
DOSE: Add 4 drops to each NET gallon of tank water. Use when receiving
new fish (as a prevention) and when disease occurs (as a control). To con-
trol parasite on fish, treat every other day for 5 days (3 treatments are sub-
gested). Repeat full treatment in 3 days if necessary. If stubborn cases occur,
a maximum dosage of 8 drops may be used.

PARAFORM
is a broad spectrum chemical that
prevents and controls: Protozoan Parasites on Fish * Ich * Velvet * Oodinium *
Shimmy * Cryptocaryon * White Body Patches * Gill Flukes * White Spots * Tri-
chodina * Chilodonella. Do not use in the presence of invertebrates.
FOR BEST RESULTS: Do a partial water change using
SHIELDEX
before
treatment. Double dose when treating Marine systems. If live foods are being
fed to fish, treat weekly to prevent possible infestation.
PARAFORM
can be
removed from the tank water by carbon filtration.
