Shipping Policy
Please make sure the address you want the product shipped to is complete and accurate. The address we ship your product to is the address you enter into your Amazon contact information. Once the product is shipped, it is out of our hands. Please note we ship our products via USPS.
Customers using a shipping forwarding company may experience a delay.
Returns Policy
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address given to us by the customer or the customer didn't like the product we will credit your account the sale minus the cost of freight and Amazon return fees . Basically we will not pay for any freight costs if we are not at fault.
Returns will be allowed within 30 days of purchase.
Returns Past 30 Days
In certain cases we will allow returns which were purchased more than 30 days prior. In some cases a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Return Freight
If the product was damaged, defective or wrong product shipped, we will credit your account the sale and the USPS freight cost you paid to return the product. Returns must be within 30 days from ship date. Please note we do not offer a pick up service from your door to the Post Office. We do (in certain occasions) send a USPS label which is to be affixed to the package and brought to the Post Office.
Please ship all returns via USPS First-Class Mail. If your return freight is covered per our policy your freight reimbursement will be calculated using USPS 1st class shipping calculations.
Please note that you will pay significantly more if you use UPS or FedEx to return your product.
Please include a copy of the return authorization in your package. If you did not request a return authorization, please include a note stating the reason for the return and your order ID number. It is difficult for us to track down your order if an order ID number is not available, so please make every effort to supply the number.
Shipping within the US
We ship Monday-Friday using USPS. Please make sure you have a valid US Postal Address. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your product. There may be delays in arrival time due to holidays and weather conditions.
Expedited Shipping
We use expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days priority). Please allow 1 day processing time. Please note we are not responsible for weather or delayed delivery situations by the Postal Service or the freight forwarding company (if used). Our Guarantee is to ship within 1 business day.
Damaged Goods
If your product is damaged upon arrival please send us a picture so we can record the information and reship your order.
Feedback
By purchasing from us you agree not to leave any negative feedback if the feedback is related to issues which are not related to our service in particular deliveries by 3rd parties such as USPS. If a package is lost or miss-shipped by USPS please contact us right away as we have no control over deliveries.
