    Description

1950's Vintage 18” American Character  Doll Betty w Original Dress Box 941/1000. Condition is "Used". My mother passed away in 2019 and this was her toy as a child. It kind of creeps me out. Appears to be in good shape for it's age. Eyes still open when she sits up. Paypal and US shipping only please. Any unpaid item will have case opened in resolution center within 4 days with no exceptions. I leave positive feedback after positive feedback is left for me.I typically ship in 1 "business" day meaning Monday-Friday (not including holidays). Any weekend purchases will go out Monday morning. I have USPS pickups scheduled with my local USPS. Thanks for looking & check out my other items.Lots of cool stuff.
PS: As most of my auctions are free shipping I reserve the right to ship as affordably as I can. If shoes are small enough to fit in a prepaid mailer that's how I will ship them. If you would prefer a specific shipping method, I can ship in a medium size flat rate box at buyers cost .65. I try my best to accurately describe items and will absolutely accept returns if you are not satisfied with the item purchased. In my experience selling on ebay, No matter how fair or honest I try to be as a seller there is always some knucklehead who will leave unwarranted neutral or negative feedback. Unfortunately, there is not much protection for a seller when someone chooses to do this. Please check out all of my feedback and base your opinion on me as a seller by the other 99 % of comments left and not the couple of immature sour apples I've dealt with. Listing 3-18-21.
Update as of 6-27-21. Yes I am well aware I am nominally priced above the average selling price for this item. I am willing to accept a reasonable offer. To be honest I'm getting a kick out of the ticked off doll collecting community who continue to troll this listing with passive aggressive "questions" regarding my sensibility's on this listing. To be honest, if you've read the description to this point then just know you are driving an incredible amount of traffic to my store in which I am selling many other items. Yes, I'm aware no one is going to give me 75K or 750K for this doll, but thanks for taking the time to send me a "question" (passive aggressive comment) regarding the price. If you can't afford the listing price and don't care to make a reasonable offer, feel free to continue scrolling to the next seller who may be more inclined to deal with you as a buyer. I would have never expected as much hate mail as I've received in the question format from the doll buying community. I had one nice lady inform me that she was an expert in antique dolls and by listing this at my price I could cause people to question my honesty and integrity as a seller. Nice try, but I'm on a good blend of anti depressant medication mixed with living my best life to be torn down from the price of a doll on ebay. I may have to go back to discussing politics on social media as a safer form of communication then ticking off the doll community. Y'all have a great weekend.
